1. Purpose & scope

These Terms govern (a) the sale of products offered on this website by Bon Voyage SAS (“we”, “us”) to consumers (“you”), and (b) your use of the website. By placing an order, you accept these Terms in full.

2. Products

We sell Noma Earplugs and related accessories. Product descriptions, photos and 3D renders are provided in good faith and as accurately as possible; minor differences may exist. Noma Earplugs reduce sound by approximately 22 dB (CE / EN 352 certified).

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable VAT, unless stated otherwise. Delivery costs are shown before you confirm your order. We may change prices at any time, but you will always be charged the price displayed at the time of your order.

4. Orders

You place an order by adding a product to checkout and confirming payment. The sale is formed once we send you an order confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel an order in the event of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, or stock issues, and will refund any amount already paid.

5. Payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Your order is processed once payment is authorised. Accepted methods: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

6. Delivery

We deliver to the EU, United Kingdom, North America, Australia and the Middle East. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days after your order is confirmed. Delivery is free. Risk passes to you when you (or a third party you designate) take physical possession of the goods.

7. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer in the EU, you have 14 days from the day you receive the goods to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason (Directive 2011/83/EU; in France, art. L221-18 et seq. of the Code de la consommation). To exercise it, tell us of your decision by a clear statement to contact@nomaearplugs.com before the 14 days end. You then return the goods within 14 days; return shipping costs are covered by the return initiator. We refund you within 14 days of being informed, using the same payment method.

Hygiene exception: for hygiene reasons, earplugs that have been unsealed/used may be excluded from the right of withdrawal (art. L221-28).

Noma Earplugs are not a medical device and do not eliminate all risk of hearing damage; please follow the Care & usage guide. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the order; nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law (including statutory consumer rights).

12. Website use

You agree not to misuse the website (no unlawful use, no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorised access). All website content is protected, see the Legal notice.

13. Applicable law & disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. You may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, and/or a consumer mediator: contact@afepame.fr. Failing an amicable solution, the competent courts apply.
